Wontons

Translated as "swallowing clouds" in Chinese, the wonton is a noodle-dough dumpling filled typically

with spiced minced pork or other ground meats. They are usually boiled in soup, leaving them soft

and delicate to melt in your mouth.  They, too, are perfect to be served alone or as a side dish when

fried golden brown and accented with your favorite dipping sauce.
