Spring Rolls

Slightly less filled than the egg roll, the spring roll too is stuffed with vegetables and sometimes with

meat.  When its delicate flour wrapper is deep-fried, the outcome is a thin and flaky shell making it a

nice and light alternative to the egg roll.
